TRUWWORTHS and their ETHICS
On the 19-Jul-19 Truworths sent an SMS giving me a FREE R100.00 voucher ref no. 128642 by 07-Se****. On the 01 August 2019 i decided to use the R100.00 voucher by purchasing a dress to the value of R440.00 as a GIFT FOR A FRIEND - i then paid the difference of R340.00 and redeemed the R100.00 voucher upon this i requested a gift receipt, on 05-Aug-2019 my friend went to exchange the dress for a different size. Truworths requested the payment of R100.00 from my friend claiming the voucher has expired. This was extremely embarrassing as she was only changing the size and nothing else. on behalf of Ishana Hiralall
