Truworths Online - A pathetic service ! My 83 old Mom got me to do her Christmas shopping, which was done online and delivery address, my home address. My Mom received the first sms saying parcel number two will be delivered on Wednesday, no delivery and no message received for parcel number one. On Friday the courier sent an sms saying parcel number three is out for delivery, and which area are we situated ? I mentioned the suburb to which the delivery person rep**** that it's not his area. I have received NOTHING. This should be resolved by the no name brand courier company and Truworths, why should shoppers educate drivers how to use Google maps ? My Mom is devastated, it took us two hours to do the online shopping and I sincerely hope she is not charged for items not received The 30 min phone call to the call centre has not given any answers or resolved anything, but leave an elderly person very upset and confused.
