Truwoths Horrible Experience

When to Truwoths Vincent park mall to exchange size of pants bought for me,i had the slip and pants had tag and everything.Approach cashier and told that pant are small I'm looking for bigger size,was told to go look for size ....i did just that went to fit them fine they okey.Now go back to cashier and had her the pants i want ,she refunds the ones i came with to exchange and when trying to make sale on the one with fitting size there's an issue,i tell her A gift card and a voucher were used to purchase these pants give her Gift card used and unfortunately i didn't have the slip for voucher because was already used .Now she says the is a problem calls the second incharge manager (i heard that when he was telling another customer with an issue) manger says mam your voucher is redeemable once so now you need to pay difference,im like how i came to exchange pants of R500 now you guys telling me i need to pay deference where as they are same price what im exchanging.....I asked so you telling me the small size pants i bought from you guys i cant exchange them now buying with your gift card and voucher but now i cant change them,fine give me the pants i came in with to exchange...Manager refused to give me as he said they already refunded back to store .I don't get pants i bought ,i don't get money for refund ...i don't get anything🤔....they said we can only give you R350 that was on gift card...Shocked of poor service I'm receiving here.i asked ask for my pants pack they refused....i left TRUWORTHS EAST LONDON VINCENT PARK with no pants that i bought,no refund nothing .Such poor service in a place we purchase from with our own monies ....I will take this further ...they said they calling headoffice i waited on the side for only them to come back to say "No our head office is also saying something as us"im like haibooo was i not suppose to be part of call and address my issue ....WHAT A HORROBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ...I left store with nothing...i want my pants Truworths and i will take this further,you bull****ing customers now
