TRUWOTHS BRAAMFONTEIN

I visited Truworths Braamfontein during the day for a pre-agreement . I heard a certified copy of my ID since I'm awaiting my ID. The cashier explained that they needed an original. I understood but the other member of the store was called and she came and explained the same story. She then walked away and I became the topic. Not a problem, If this is how Truworths treats their new customers I honestly Do not want to be part of it. I am really not impressed with the conduct.
