TRUWORTS SOMERSET WEST DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH RESULTING IN DEATH TREATS... LEGAL ACTION BEING TAKEN AGAINST STORE AND GROUP

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN THAT STORE THIS PAST WEEKEND. I want to make a lay-bye, but the cashier refused to complete the transaction as I did not know my postal code...... to lazy to ask somebody else it seems. Then a lady at the back started swearing at me as she now needed to wait in line as I asked the cashier can't she call the Canal Walk store to find out, as I really did not know it. What happen afterward was GOD KNOWS AWE FULL!!!!!! Me and this lady got in a physical fight as she started swearing form underneath my mother dress, BOTH HER AND HER MOTHER!!!!!!!! During the physical altercation, security came to break up the fight.. Yes, i was wrong for fighting, but what did this lady expect me to do, after swearing at me like this. The store manager then intervened, and took side, and looked me up in the office, from 16:30 to 19:10.... And this because the other lady said so, RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR to say the least, and that from a store manager .

The asked me for me details ( copy of id, contact nr and address) in order for me to be release. I gave them the wrong information (completely forgetting i gave the cashier all my correct details for the transaction), as i felt they did not need that, thy could have talked to me right there. Not long after I left the store, I got a call form a Private number, saying " they are coming for me, they GOT MY DETAILS FROM THE STORE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!! As they could confirm all my details.

How can Truworths give out personal information about clients? thus resulting in death threats and me having to appoint a lawyer to handle this further. Does the store to follow the PoPI ACT as set out in by Law?

TRUWORTHS, believe me, Im taking this further. Nr1, you cashier caould just look up the postal code, but was to lazy. Nr2, your store manager is *********** and then decided to take sides, and disclose very private and personal information about me, resulting in death threats.. I hope the store of group as a whole has a policy in place with regards to the above, as i can tel you now, FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!!!
