Truworts customer service is useless

Truworths mall of africa and Eastgate are ***********. I bought a damaged dress ay Mall of Afruca and when I complained they told mr to go to Eastgate to get another dress only to be told that thr dresd is not available at Eastgate and was made to look stupid. Turisha the manager at Eastgate waisted my 1 hour for nothing and to top it all I drove all the way for nothing. It was a blaming game now as Turisha said Stanley ay Mall of Africa did not request them to keep the dress. To cut the storu short I'm so disappointed and will never shop at truworths. I want them to pay my petrol.
