Truworts account

I have been called by IDC/FTI attorneys from Truworts and arranged a debit order payments I have been paying and they kept calling saying they have received my payment every month so I decided to settle the account they gave me settlement amount and account number only to find out they haven’t updated my account now it shows I’m still owing them and my name is ruined down with 16 points on my credit score
