Truworths...masters of harassment

I have been abuse my Truworths call centre agent. The company broke protocol when the agent took my personal details and used it in her personal capacity to phone me from her private line and verbally abuse me. Management is useless. I got a call saying that I will receive feedback by Monday, I’m still waiting. Those call centre people are still calling and harassing me. Only thing now is to take legal action against them and open ******** charges against these people . This company has no customer support or empathy. Like many others after the account is paid it will be closed and I’ll never go back there.
