Truworths.co.za worse online shop

Truworths has the worse online shop ever,maybe they should consider closing shop there is no improvement together with the courier partner.i did an order received an sms after 3days saying I'll receive the order in 3-5days,we'll today is day 11 nothing received,items have been with their courier i noticed on the 6/2,yesterday they decided to take1 item for delivery and leave the other 1,they are the worse even the customer care is the same they won't assist you.at once the courier partners kept my package for close to 20days without delivery.
