TRUWORTHS YOUR SERVICE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS IS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never felt so degraded Truworths I know I have an account with you and when you phoned i said it will get paid but the best part is that attorneys are calling me now MBD Attorneys for my account and guess what my account is not even R500 I must pay them R360 this month but they phoning sending sms's and demanding money I mean really know I told them in the beginning of the month payment will be made month-end and the lady that phoned me had the nerve to tell me i must pay or make a plan to pay the account so meaning i must go *****or borrow the money to pay. I KNOW I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND THEY DO RECEIVE THEIR PAYMENT ALWAYS BUT TO THIS TO YOUR CLIENT IS NOT FAIR ITS *********. IF I KNEW TRUWORTHS WAS LIKE THIS I WOULD NOT HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, SO TRUWORTHS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT MONTH-END AND DO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AT THE END OF THE DAY.
