TRUWORTHS WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

Terrible shopping experience at Truworths online shopping. They have cancelled my order after 3 days without notifying me. I have made a cash purchase. It's frustrating cause when you call them they don't give a valid explanation saying that someone tried to get a hold of me to confirm my order. Then why do they have an online store if they going to do that. They don't even say they would contact customers on their online website. Plus if your order is more than R 500.00 they don't offer free delivery door to door delivery. Till now no one has come back to me regarding my purchase. Now whats worse they will only refund me between 7-10 days.
