Your mall of Africa branch is absolutely ***********. On behalf of exchanging something for my partner on his account as he has no way of exchanging it himself within the 14 day policy you have the manager was absolutely rude to me by shouting at me and telling me to move out the way so he can assist other customers while I was trying to sort out a “letter of confirmation”.

I’m not happy and for that reason will not be returning to any of your branches and will close my account.
