Truworths world class service, best in the game.

We live in a time were companies seldom would go all out for a customer. Truworths has gone further than 80% of the companies that I support. I needed a particular clothing from a store that was 100km away from me. The wonderful store manager Carol at Uzzi Empangeni was so helpful, professional and kind to contact the necessary regional manager to get authorization to have item sent to the store closer to me. I would like to thank Truworths as a group. Truworths Bluff, Curtis and his team are such a great asset to the group. Curtis is a great manager and human being. Lastly Carol from Uzzi or Truworths Empangeni, thank you for going out of your way to take my call and then doing what a great leaders does in order to assist the customer.
