truworths woodlands pta

I'm a customer of Truworths for very long time ,but I feel like I won't be any more. Woodlands branch in Pta East , specially cosmetic section. I find service and stuff , are very unpleasant expierence for me in many occation . Stuff is very ******** , unproffetional and not helpfull. When I ask for assistant name she refuse to tell me her name because she make mistakes in recept she argue with me . That particular branche is very bad in service and not afficiant ,they arrogant to customers.
