Truworths won't help me cause I don't owe them.
An account was opened at truworths using my details. I informed them that it was a *****ulent account in November 2023. I am still being hounded and my credit profile has a default that is not even my fault.
What else am I supposed to do to clear my name.

25 Sept 2024, 17:377 days later, I called your ***** department and it took them minutes just to even find anything relative to my complaint. I mean how did your company become as pathetic as goverment. There is absolutely no reason why it has to take days. How on earth a person collected the card without an original ID means your employees are involved in the *****. I want that default removed NOW.
