Truworths won’t assist with a paid up letter
I settled my truworths account on the 19th of this month. I have requested a paid up letter but get no assistance from Truworths. I’ve spent over R200 on airtime calling them as per their emails but hold on until my airtime is up.

I have contacted MBD multiple times and they have informed me that they normally have to request a paid up letter from Truworths then issue it to me but they have not been getting responses from Truworths either
