Truworths wonderpark mall

Hi there I'm writing another complaint from the past month I bought a cologne worth R1400 in Truworths wonderpark mall and only opened it after 2 days only to find out the hard way that it does not even smell so went to the store to return it the supervisor adviced me to relax cause refunds take a while with them cause the managers we out on holiday I mean a poor consumer has to suffer just cause managers are out enjoying their life's tried going there several times wasted my petrol till now have not been reimbursed.
