Truworths will ***** up your credit profile, be careful

I skipped I payment in February, I then settled the full account the following month, upto now my credit profile shows that I am in arrears with truworths. What a ***ardly game, I have requested that they close this account a couple of months ago, still no help from truworths other than *****ing my credit record, sis.
