Truworths - where are your online orders?

Placed ordered online. 02/11/2022 received sms: Part 1 of your Truworths online order is on its way. Please ensure someone is at the supp**** address between 8-5 on 02/11. Made arrangements for someone to be at this address - the 'whole' time. I have not been contacted and not received any delivery. 04/11/2022 received another sms: Part 2 of your Truworths online order is on its way. Please ensure someone is at the supp**** address between 8-5 on 03/11(?). Again no contact and no delivery. I called *** and was told that I needed to call *** as they dealt with online deliveries, as no one was available to assist me as they were at their Christmas lunch. I called *** - spoke to Happiness who verified my ID, email address, cell number and physical home address... then asked me to hold on. Then spoke to Bronwyn who verified my ID, email address, cell number and physical home address... then asked me to hold on. Then spoke to Tumeleng who verified my ID, email address, cell number and physical home address... then told me to call another number. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Lesley Leshaba then spoke to me and told me that I needed to call Pamela Joshua and gave me her number as she could sort out my query. I called Pamela who asked me who had given me her name and contact number and then told me she would transfer the call. Does someone at TRUWORTHS know where my order is?
