Truworths westville Pavillion the WORSE

Pavillion westville store is the worst! I was refused my R 450 cash refund after I was told there is not enough cash. Back and forth of arguments. Then magically customer paid R 200 in cash and there was money to give me. I left my number for the regional manager to call but nothing.
