Truworths Westgate has horrible staff

Truworths Westgate has horrible management and staff.

I went there yesterday to collect an order ,while waiting in the queue not far from the till point there was an elder making a purchase , with her " Yellow Card" which declined. The ill-mannered, silly girl helping the old lady called for authorization, while waiting for authorization she, the silly girl tells her colleague Nqobile Ngwenya that the old lady came to pay with a yellow card which declined so at this point I'm still waiting on the queue listening to the two silly colleagues speak of a customer's yellow card that declined. So ,if a card declines are they allowed to discuss it and during the customers? The same old lady came back with cash to pay for her clothes so was oh necessary for them to discuss that her card declined ? If it declined it doesn't mean she does not have money it's the " Cabanga uzane card Eli yellow " that's very same card had money.

I get to the till point and I get served by Nqobile Ngwenya ,I don't greet for a reason because I am appalled by their behavior discussing the yellow card , she gives me attitude and I then tell her that it's not a must for me to greet her and if I can collect my sister's order. She didn't pay attention to the details as she was very quick to answer me and tell me she wasn't forcing me LOL she said has the nerve to backchat , she takes my driver's license and goes to their store room to have a quick discussion about me to her other colleagues, I don't know why she took my driver's license because the order wasn't mine and she did not bother to ask if myself and my sister share the same surname but baby girl was just emotional. Why is she being emotional? Didn't they see anything wrong discussing the declined card? The store manager is horrible himself because he didn't even try to apologize as I asked to speak to him. They gave me a silly small complaint card which is useless.

Please offer proper training to your staff and please give Nqobile feedback that I am not her peer, she must never ever give anyone attitude but the staff needs training
