Truworths Voucher ****

I opened a truworths account in January and they said when I open it online I will receive a R1000 voucher. After realising that I have never received the voucher,I emailed Truworths and asked for my previous 3months statement,after seeing the statements and seeing that there's nowhere I got a voucher I asked them where is my voucher,what happened to my voucher.They emailed me back and said my voucher has expired,so the voucher just expires without anyone telling me how to redeem it,no one ever told me how I will get the voucher.I thought I will get the voucher with the account but it did not happen. I just want my voucher please.
