Today my husband went to Truworths Voortrekker road in Bellville he wanted laybuy clothes. He did not his identity document with, however it's not the first time he has made a laybye by Truworths and he knows he ID number of by heard. Yet the manager was rude and refused him to do the laybuy. Yet when he spoke to the security officer he was told that they do let people do laybuys without having their ID's depending on what skin color you are. I've made laybyes as well at different shops without them having my ID. Why is it different this time around. Why does Truworths employ ******s. Such disgusting service.
