Truworths vangate = 0

I have repeatedly complained about Truworths vangate. Last I was spoken to rudely by the area manager on the phone on June 7th.HR then called me. Listed and told me that they will investigate the matter. I haven't gotten any feedback since. It's a new month.

Is this what Truworths stands for. I'm disappointed. Deeply disgusted. I asked for an email. Yet it feels like I just got an answer to shut me up.
