Truworths useless online service

Truworth online service is useless. I ordered items which were available online on Wednesday yesterday an told the items are sold out... How is that even possible do they give first preference to their colleagues first... Always when I order it's always same story. After finishing paying the account off am canceling this is the only clothing outlet I have issues when I order items online when am expecting delivery soon am told it's now sold out like I just ordered it... They should just close their online services as they are using in running it
