Truworths us uncooperating

I bought a house in the middle of 2022. I received statements and letters from Truworths for a person that is not the previous owner. On 9 October 2022 I sent an email to '***' to inform them what the situation is. Still the letters and statements are coming.... As the nearest Post Office is far from my residing address and as a senior citizen I refuse to take a chance in an unsafety area. For security reasons I will not give any personal information of the person involved in this space. On Truworths' website is only a phone number and I am not going to spent my air time on this matter. Other businesses acted positively at my request, but Truworths is unwilling to cooperate. Shame on you.
