Truworths unbelievable

Cant beleive truworths has no holiday plan or exmeption during covid 19 for their customers. My account is in arrears be cause apparently me being off from work is non of they concern. I work for a TRANSPORT company and untill boarders are re opened im not working. Such terrible service. Such a well known clothing company you would think they will see for they customers especially if you were never in arrears before.
