Truworths unallocated payment to account ***

I wish to lodge a complaint with Truworths for not allocating payment on my account since 27 May 2020. They are harassing me and now handed my account over to their debt collectors who is just as inapt and unable to resolve this issue after numerous mails with proof of payment sent to Truworths. They have not yet allocated my payment and I receive a new call every day and I explain the same problem over and over again and then follow up with proof of payment. Kindly advise whether you can assist me to solve this issue I have proof of numerous mails sent with proof of payment to Truworths My account number is ***. I would like to attach all the proof that they have not allocated on the 27th of May 2020.

There was no change in the way I paid all my previous installments and yet this one they did not allocate and even after communications the accounts dept cannot resolve, allocate clear my account.
