Truworths total lack of response

If I could give a zero rating I would. I have sent 3 mails and made 2 calls with absolutely no success. On the mails I received an automated message that someone would contact me. No one has bothered. The calls I made I was told the area manager would contact name within 3 days. 2 weeks later and no response. No reply to my 1st message on Hello Peter. I have now made up my mind to pay off my account and close it. Why support a company that offers absolutely no service whatsoever.
