Poorly managed store. When they open their store at 9am, they usually have only one counter operating. Moreover at peak times, for instance lunchtimes or end of the month, the situation does not improve. There may be two tills operating with queues stretching to infinity. Do stores understand that the customer is king? Provide good service and you will have loyal consumers.
