Truworths - ******* and imbeciles
Please just close my account already, i will charge you interest every month for my account still being open. I sent an email on the 20 February 2018 to have my account closed and now i have a balance to pay at the end of this month?
If this is not resolved today, we can get my lawyers involved because my credit record in being affected by useless imbecile's.

We acknowledge and thank you for your account payment made on 12 February 2018, however, our records indicate that the account was not completely settled on the day.
We have responded to your previous emails received, and can verify that you were advised that we would not be able to close the account, until the balance reflecting has been paid in full. Please also note that additional interest will also be charged monthly for as long as the account reflects in arrears.
We can confirm that you are still liable to pay the current account balance owing, however, trust that your query has been acceptably address.
