Truworths the worst service from Wooltru
Purchase of good at Truworths Cavendish, if you lose your receipt .... they will not retrieve it from your system and will automatically refuse to credit, what a bunch of *******.
Maybe they dont know how to operate their computer system.
The above is a summary of my experience dealing with their stores in Canal Walk and Cavendish. We also dealt with Wasela and Milani... btoh quoted us the terms of conditions of return...

Date:02 March 2018 Value: R 549.00 Used an EFT Card
The Cavendish branch stated that they could not ‘find’ the receipt on their system, this did not seem correct since it should be there.
I understand your terms and conditions --- • she tried to return these in last month already at the store, they refused • Proof of purchase is on your system, she has date, time and value • Tags on 1 item, the other does not have tags, only tried it on thought it would fit , it’s too small… was given to me as a gift from my mom and now we are facing this ridiculous issue.
