Truworths the worst ever
When I opened my account I had problems with truworths and now again. I WILL be closing my account. The greenacres store is the worst I dealt with Sonya and Kylo and never ever had I experienced such attitudes and the worst customer service ever. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TRUWORTHS EVER AGAIN

The respective consultants thus correctly informed you that they were not allowed to process the sale without either the charge card or valid proof of identification.
