TRUWORTHS THE GLEN STORE COMPLIMENT

HI , I trust you are well today.. I would like to take this opportunity to give a personal shout to your staff by the name of Yanzy.. working at Truworths the glen.

Please pass my gratitude to her for the outstanding work she is doing in the store.I came on Saturday 29 to buy 1 or 2 items..I was welcomed by Yanzy as I walked in the store.. with a very friendly greeting and welcome Smile.She followed me to make sure i was ok..not once , not twice.. everytime i would pick up an item she was there to ask if I got the right size for my sister.. i planned to spend about R1000.. but i found myself buying more than R6000.. just because Yanzy was there to advise me and get the right size. Very professional and polite, I noticed an old lady coming to ask her a question about refund while she was busy with me .. I could see the way Yanzy helped the woman and multitask, coming back to me and continuing with my shopping.

You need more workers like her in your store..she is brilliant .. Well done again..
