Truworths Terrible Service
Terrible service at Truworths Church Street. Went to buy a trouser and a pair of socks and they told me they cannot make a purchase if the card is not swiping thus i must have proof of identification which i didn't have. What is the purpose of giving customers cards if Truworths is telling them to bring IDs. I made few purchases at Menlyn, Uzzi Menlyn, and The Grove but no one bother to tell me my card is going to give me problems in the near future, worse part no one bothered to tell or rather give advice about non swiping card swhen making payments...
Truworths has poor service delivery i wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account there. I'm glad I closed my account Terrible with a triple T
