Truworths terrible delivery service.

I ordered a dress from Truworths on the 17th of August 2021 for a wedding that took place on the 27th of August 2021. I'm from a rural area and trusted that my dress would be delivered within 5-7 bussiness days. On the 26th of I called customer services and they informed me that my dress was still in a container and that it has not been shipped. I tracked my order and it appears that my order has been transfered between containers repeatedly but until today, the 31st of August ( 14 days after I paid for my order and delivery) it has not been handed over to a courier. Needless to say I had to buy another dress for the wedding. I am very disappointed in Truworths delivey service I paid for delivery and a dress and after 14 days I still have not received my order. I'm going to return the dress because I don't need it anymore but I still paid R 50.00 for useless delivery services. I won't recommend Truworths online delivery to anyone!
