Truworths terminals don't work after 5

I'm so disappointed by the staff at Truworths Main street Johannesburg. I walked in around 16:30 and in the middle of shopping I was asked If I was buying on account or cash. A few minutes later I was asked the same question by another staff member and she told me that their terminals close off at 5 and won't be able to help after 5 and that was just 10 minutes before 5. I was so frustrated why they let me in wasted my time when they know that their supposed terminals don't Make sales after 5.
