Truworths tedious online procedure

For a big name like Truworths I am really disappointed with Truworths tedious online procedure.

I placed an order for a few items at Truworths on the 15th October 2020 for delivery. Today is the 19th October and my order is still processing. 5 business days for delivery . Tomorrow is the 4th business day and my order has not even been processed yet. I bought myself outfits and accessories for a birthday party the 22nd October.

Who do i give a call regarding this situation as i would like to know when my order will be processed and delivered. If not before the 22nd October i would like to cancel my order and go order from another retailer.
