Truworths stores bad service!!!!!!

Pathetic service from them....i tried for 4 hours to get through to Canal walk and somerset mall branches.

eventually got through to canal walk to ask them to find a sandal in my size, they made me wait for 20min online and girl was so rude when she said they dont have.

system shows somerset mall has it but trying to get through and no one answers.

What is wrong with truworths????????? when I am one day late on a 100rand installment because i was traveling overseas they can call you a million times. But this is the service you get?
