Truworths staff *****s from customers

I have been shopping online for as long as i can remember. But what i just experienced with Truworths is the worst case that makes me wonder why Truworths try things that are out of their standard. I ordered and atpapid for my son's clothes online and because of their poor address sync system, i had to select to pickup at Truworths Siyabuswa mall. Less did i know that i will receive an opened other that is 75% short. And in this pandemic, i ordered online hoping to safe my 10 months baby. Now I'm not even sure if the person who opened my order had sanitized their hands or not. Further more, why open our orders whiles we're not there. For all the days that Siyabuswa shop received my order, they did not even bother to call me even though my numbers are written. I guess they were too busy *****ing my order. Tommorow morning I'm walking in that shop with police force. I'm opening a case of theft. And never will i ever bother myself with ordering from Truworths only for their staff to ***** my orders
