I've made a complaint about my phone at truworths springs mall when my phone came back from repair was not repair because of customer neglected I went to fetch it but the phone didn't have sim slot send area manager pictures she phone and promised that they will bring it I phoned their head office they rep**** to me that nothing they can do cause I signed a happy letter
