Truworths spam SMS's with no opt out

I have last purchased from Truworths in over two years and I am still getting spam with sms's from Truworths. There is no opt out option on the SMS's and now I am receiving sms's from OFFICE LONDON which I have discovered online that this might be related to Truworths. PLEASE stop sending me messages.
