Truworths SPAM despite opting out

I recently opened an account with Truworths and OPTED OUT of ALL marketing by all means of communication. Despite this Truworths bombards me with spam emails and texts almost daily. I have contacted Truworths on Facebook and after several back and forth messages asking me to send screenshots of the messages so that they can see what I am receiving from them (which is beyond ridiculous), I finally got them to agree to stop the spam. Today I got more!!! I will close my account as I refuse to do business with a company that has no respect for their customers' right to choose to opt out.
