Truworths Southgate, disgusting service ever! Never to set foot here ever again!

Truworths in South Gate mall has the worst service I waited for over an hour just to get assisted to buy a phone,Karabo the lady who was said to assist me disappeared and left her male colleague who couldn't even help me,after pleading to get service he kept on promising he would assist until I was fed up and left,they kept on helping people that came after me while I was waiting! The staff has no understanding of what customer service is or even doing any sales whatsoever, when I was told to join the new cue after waiting for an hour i decided to leave without the phone intended to buy,all this wait for nothing! I hate this shop and never ever to set foot again
