Truworths South Africa accused me of being a *****

<p>I bought a shirt at Truworths Mall@Reds and it had a tear on the underarm. When I brought it back they said the three and the shirt details do not conform. And the shirt is from 2011 stock so they accuse me of buying a shirt in 2011 and try to return it after 5 years. What an insult. The manager and area manager accused me of trying to ***** r270. Now I have left the shirt in the shop and the said head office said I can go to hell I am a *****. Is this how you treat your customers? I am sooo disappointed. I have a Truworths account that is 7 years old. What kind of ******* is this. The manager at the shop a Josephine Mojeng is very unprofessional. The area manager a Charmaine is even worse. Please people be careful when you deal with Truworths. To make matters even worse they don't have cctv. The cctv footage could have just solved this. </p>
