Truworths shocking service/accounts
I have received a couple of calls regarding/warning me to make a payment. However every time I speak to someone it has become more frustration. I told them that I have not received any mail or statements. I then was finally emailed a statement. I then emailed them back asking for the banking details. Every time I get a different story and telling me they cant give it to me, its from a different department. I have asked that department tocontact me or send me the payment details which I still have not received. Then I was told I need to go to the store with my ID and make the payment. The only reason I have agreed in the end to sign up with Trustworthy is that I can make payments online and not having to go into the store once a month to make payments. I would not have signed up if I was warned by other uses the terrible service you have to offer. This issue has been going on way to long. I was told if I have an FNB account I can make the payment, which I found very frustrating as I Do not have the correct details. They now tell me I have to wait 6 weeks for a card. I do not want a card. I do not want to shop with you. I just want to pay my account and get done with Truworths.
Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
With the Electronic Transfer Funds (EFT) payment process, the banking details of the company are not required. Truworths is listed on all banks' pre-defined list of payment beneficiaries.
We are unable to establish why your statements were not received via the post, as we currently still have the same address listed as provided in June 2015, and have received no returned mail.
We wish to apologize for the manner in which your query was attended to by our consultants. We are however, pleased to confirm that your account has since been brought up to date with payment following your EFT payment received on 28 August.
We sincerely hope that we were able to clarify your concerns raised, and hope to see you in our stores again soon.
Kind regards,
Lynn
