Truworths Service Sucks!!!!

I bought a dress from Truworths end of March wishing to wear it last week and only because I know their stuff goes quickly. So the dress turns out to be big. I just asked for a return or refund in Randpark Ridge and they refuse!!! And their slip says they "generally" exchange or return within 30 days. They don't even ask why im late...they are just not interested. This is appalling!!! Sies on you! So we can't plan ahead I must buy and wear. Woolies exchanges anytime as long as tags and slips are intact. That is Customer Experience. !!! Sies!!!!
