Truworths service disappoints

The most disgusting service from truworths Randridge Mall. My husband was given a shirt which was too small. Goods still had the tag on and in new condition. When he went to exchange for a larger size the staff and manager refused to assist. They said we need a proof of purchase or "gift receipt"(never even heard of that)

They s******ed and actually seemed amused that they couldn't assist us.

No way willi I ever enter a truworths store again. In current times customer service should be of highest priority. Good luck keeping your doors open if that's how staff treats customers!
