Truworths Service

Good day So I have had the worst worst experience with my online order I have been trying to return at your 3 shops in Claremont CapeTown. I have gone there 2 times and only to be turned back because they don't have cash to refund me. It's even worse after waiting in the queue for like 15 minutes and still not served! Is this what we have to go through because I don't have an account with Truworths? Surely this is bad service!!!
