i had made an online purchase on 24 July 2024 I had scheduled the delivery to Truworths Secunda Mall after repeated phone calls to the call centre I was told that here were multiple parcels this was a 3rd party pick up, my daughter my daughter visited the store last saturday, 17/08/2024 only to be told that she cannot collect on my behalf ... she has my ID copy and pick-up sms with her

after speaking to Edith at the store , she advised that my daughter can collect the parcel with a letter from me on 24/08/2024, another attempt to collect the parcel .... and only 1 item was available this is so frustrating ... WHERE THE HELL IS MY COMPLETE ORDER

I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN on 26 August 2024 spoke to AYONA who advised that she doesnt understand why the other items reflect as RETURNED... its 28 August 2024 and still no feedback from Ayona Only 1 item was collected my account reflects 2 items collected cannot get through to the call centre no feeback from truworths after an email complain to *** 0/10 for Truworths Online Service So unacceptable and the most valid reason to close my active truworths account ASAP
